I have a keen interest in and significant experience working with those who are embarking on life transitions. I care greatly about supporting those who find themselves uncertain and curious about who they are, where they belong, and who they may want to become while experiencing life changes that can feel life altering.

You may be someone who is navigating your college years or parting ways with college and beginning a new life that feels at once exciting and unfamiliar and uncomfortable. You may be someone who is negotiating decisions about school and career or contemplating beginning or ending relationships. You are likely someone trying to work through big changes and challenges if you are about to become or are already a parent. You are deserving of time, patience, support, and validation as you come to appreciate your needs, concerns, and values while increasing understanding of what may be best for you.

I also have a great interest in supporting all who are navigating their reproductive journey. Along your way, you will encounter twists and turns as you travel down a road that is rarely linear and predictable. You may look for support as you consider starting a family or cope with pregnancy and postpartum life. You may seek support if you are someone struggling to create the family you have imagined. You may want support as a partner who, yourself, is struggling through the reproductive experience. All who embark on this journey have expectations of what it will be like and what it will feel like. Rarely are those expectations fully realized. That can feel very frustrating, disappointing, worrisome, and isolating. You are deserving of careful and empathic consideration, understanding, and compassion.

While these are my areas of interest, I may also be able to support you with your particular concerns.
